PLAXIS 3D: Manual Axis function

Solution

This issue is now resolved since PLAXIS 3D 2016.01. You can use a manually defined local axis function for line elements (e.g. beams, embedded beams) without problems.

For PLAXIS 3D 2016.00, there is no workaround for the issue with a manual Axis function for line elements. Users are advised not to use a manually defined local axis function for line elements (e.g. beams, embedded beams) in this 3D 2016.00 version, but to update the version to the latest one.
