This movie shows how to set up a model in PLAXIS 2D starting from a drift cross section of an underground mine geometry. A geological model has been created in Seequent's Leapfrog and cross sections have been published to Seequent Central serving as the basis for the PLAXIS analysis. It show how to assign materials, create the mesh and set-up initial stresses by using the field stress facility.
