Asking questions and finding answers about OpenGround Cloud got easier today as the platform now has its own forum. Everyone can view existing questions and answers on the forum and you can log in with your Bentley User Credentials to ask a question or reply to others.
The new forum is the first step in making the OpenGround Cloud community more useful and easier to use for you. The idea was suggested by Devin in a forum post, thanks Devin!
Please let us know if you have ideas on how we can improve the OpenGround Cloud Bentley Communities experience. The best way to let us know what you want? – Post on the forum!

Please allow Rapid CPT to be used with openGround Cloud Environment.
Please permit the use and calculations of Rapid CPT add-in within the Open Ground Cloud environment.
RapidCPT is needed to manipulate CPT data. It is easier to manipulate data in that software than other commonly available CPT processing software. It is not efficient to have to convert and correlate CPT data in excel files.
Mark,
Are you looking for data to be imported from a winDMT format or for data to be exported in a format that winDMT can use? Or both?
Roger
Will OpenGround Cloud be cross compatible with the software WinDMT? It is the primary program that our engineers use for their analysis and it is important that the DMT data be in one unified database with both borehole and CPT data for standardization as well as for comparison to the ground truth data.
I would also like to echo Catherine in the importance that Rapid CPT gets integrated into the OpenGround Cloud
It is my understanding that Rapid CPT is versatile and robust for analyzing and manipulating CPT data – more so than just the simple import of the raw data provided by many CPT vendors. Additionally, it is important that the CPT data and borehole data be in ONE DATABASE for standardization as well as for comparison to the ground truth data.
Many External teams are working in the Bentley Developer Network to integrate external applications with OpenGround Cloud. The creators of Rapid CPT will be able to give you an update on possible integrations and timelines.
Will Open Ground Cloud permit Rapid CPT use in HoleBASE?
