gINT has had the reproducible issue above when running on some Windows 10 versions. Often, the splash screen appears and then gINT closes. It does not proceed to the product.
We believe it is caused by specific versions of Windows 10 and an update from April 2019. We are currently working with Microsoft for a resolution to this issue.
The current workaround is to run gINT in compatibility mode.

This document summarizes changes and possible issues users may encounter with these changes.

On January 8, 2019 Microsoft released updates (‘Patch Tuesday’) that included a security patch for the JET Database Engine. Bentley released gINT version 10.00.00.64 believing that it had fixed the registry issue as seen in gINT version 10.00.00.60.
