I have downloaded the standard gINT files "gint std a4 astm lab" from this website. But, couldn't figure out how to edit the gINT rules to customize. Any Idea? TIA.

Not sure if you have gINT Logs, but gINT Logs program does not have access to gINT rules code editor.
gINT Rules code is available under Input >Data Design > Library data. The code however is written and edited using gINT Rules >gINT Rules code menu.
