Hi gINT community. I am not a gINT user, but I am trying to assist one. They are unable to edit the gINT project. I had another user log on to the workstation and they could edit the project without issue. Thinking it might be server permissions, I copied the file locally - they were still unable to edit the project.
I renamed the \appdata\local\bentley\gint folder to create new settings files . . . no luck
Are there any suggestions for recommended trouble shooting?

This sounds like permissions issue. The user may not have permission to change/edit.
Thank you for the reply. I will follow up with the user, but they are not getting any error messages when opening the project, they are just unable to make edits. And they are an administrator on their workstation.Ken
You may not be getting the error message as mentioned in the article. The above article was suggested since it explains about permissions for gINT. If they do not have permissions to the gINT folders, your user will not be able to do edits and save for their projects.
