One of our members is getting the following message when trying to open a gINT database file. Does this suggest that the file is corrupt?

Certain recent Microsoft updates are causing issues with Microsoft Access Database Engine which is required for gINT to read its files. Check this post that talks a similar error and a possible resolution we recommend.
