This Geotechnical Information Special Interest Group virtual workshop takes a look at, once you’ve built a program to facilitate processes, how to get end users to use it. As software is used to perform processes, this thought process should start long before users ever commence working with the software. Attend this session to see how OpenGround Cloud can work with these primary concepts:

   • The software should not be a barrier to accomplishing tasks
   • The software must benefit the End user
   • The processes enabled are business critical

One learning unit will be applied to each attendee’s Bentley Transcript for self-reporting.
