If you are using ArcMAP 10.8, the ArcGIS configuration file must be placed in placed on C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.8\bin\Configuration\CATID

I am not able to see the toolbar for the ArcGIS 10.8, gINT Version is 10.02.00.04, also added the new file in C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.1\Bin\Configuration...

This is where the config file supposed to go on ArcGIS. See also the post from David Johnson from August 4, 2015.

C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.1\Bin\Configuration
It works on mine now.

Hello,

I am experiencing same toolbar problem as Haile mentioned above. The path location is as follows
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\Configuration\CATID\

Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do.

The config folder was located in the following path. Once the config file was put in that location toolbar works

C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.1\Bin\Configuration
