I've recently set up my log templates and entered my first logs but I'm having issues with the output. The log previews (both on output and via graphical input) look as they should but as soon as I actually export it for some reason it overrides all the Times New Roman text in the report with Arial meaning it all hangs over the lines as it is slightly larger. How do I fix this? As far as I am aware I haven't changed any font settings anywhere so am at a loss how to resolve this.
Thanks
Hi Jane,
You didn't mention the type of export you are doing? I am going to assume to .dxf since that is one of the few export types that fonts may convert. To set up the font conversion parameters goto File... System properties..dxf output..font conversion box and set up your font conversions. see below ..the following contains examples..but there are many options as to how you can setup the conversions. If you are not exporting to dxf then I would probably need to speak with you to troubleshoot. In that case e-mail me at kirk.johnson@Bentley.com and I will contact you privately.
This happening for me with pdf export. Document for 4/29 is from another's computer and is how the actual way the logs should look. The file from 5/1 shows what is coming from my computer.

Hi Mackenzie,
If you are trying to use an old version of gINT.(IE gINT V8i) on a windows 10 machine, this is a known issue with pdf export. The latest version of gINT is certified on windows 10 and the export to pdf functionality was rewritten for windows 10 and it should fix this.
The latest version can be download in the software downloads page by someone at your organization that has download rights. Your company would also need to be on a subscription that would give you access to the latest versions. Here is the download link for the administrator at your office.
Can you please confirm the edition number it should be? I have had a new program installed recently but I want to verify if this is the correct one.
Thanks!!
gINT Connect Edition 10.02.00.04
