gINT Library Database File (glb) Error.

Hello,
I was opening one of gINT projects files using a specified library Database File (glb) and it was going ok and working properly. The next day when  i started to run the gINT Software i got the below message :
Fatal Error
Unrecognized database format (f:gint/ACT library/ gint std ags 3-1.glb



Please advise what should i do since i do not have a backup.

    Hello,

    This kind of error message usually suggests that the library file(.glb file) is corrupted.
    Are there any other machines near you that have gINT and if so are they getting the same error when opening this library?

    If you are accessing this file from your server/network drive, try to copy this file and place it locally on your machine. Open gINT and access the library file (file- Change library) from the local machine where you saved it rather than from the server, see if you still get the error message.

    You may want to send this library file over to me to see if I am able to open it. Email the library file at aparna.matange@bentley.com
