Header text moving to boundary text

Question

I have two lines for completion/abandonment in the header. Sometimes the completion/abandonment explanation exceeds the two lines and continues down into the header. I was wondering if there was a way to limit the number of characters in that field and make it so when the number of characters is exceeded the completion/abandonment displays with the boundary text.

Hello Aimee,

In the text entity in the header, you could use an output condition using the Len function, something like this:

<<Len(<<TABLE.Field>>)>> < 50

If the boundary text is in it's own entity then do a similar output condition for it. If it comes from the Boundary Text tab in a column entity or something similar then wrap an IIf function around it.
