gINT CONNECT Edition ReadMe File

Question

I have downloaded the gINT CONNECT Edition ReadMe file, Readme_gINT CONNECT Edition.chm. 
 I am unable to open it.

I had this issue. The file needs to be 'unblocked'. This can be achived by opeing up the file properties dialog and you should see an unlock button.
