Not sure what to suggest now. This was what I got. Try from a locla drive?

I do not see any "unblock" button.

I do not see it on any of the other tabs either.

I had this issue. The file needs to be 'unblocked'. This can be achived by opeing up the file properties dialog and you should see an unlock button.
