Creating graphs for Poisson's ratio test (Axial & Lateral strain readings against stress)

Hi,

I would like to create a graph to represent the both axial strain & lateral strain readings against the stress as below:

I am able to do it but only for axial strain against stress. Please advise how to achieve that
