Printed Site Map not matching original input

Question

When I look at my sitemap all the locations are where they should be, however when I go to print a copy of the sitemap all of the locations are shifted. It looks as if the basemap/site map was moved beneath the points.

This picture is what it looks like when I view my sitemap in the "input" tab:

This is what my site map looks like when I print the site map (note SG-01 and SB-40 are in the same location): 
 
 I cannot find how to reset any panning or moving that may have occurred in the output tab. Is there a way to correct how the sitemap is printing?

In This case the user was not using a min and max for the east and north axis that were the same size . This is set in the Site Map report properties under the North and East Tabs..

Double check in the sitemap report properties that you ARE NOT using Data Posting with a posted value offset
