Exporting to/ Importing from excel files - "ERROR IN LOADING DLL"

Question

Anytime I try to export to an excel file the export log file ends with : ERROR IN LOADING DLL. When I attempt importing from an excel file a pop up displays with the message "48 Error in loading DLL===gIntA". 
 I reinstalled gINT but the error still persists. I'm running gINT CONNECT Edition Version 10.00.00.48 (gINT Professional Plus) and Excel 2016 on Windows 10. 
 What can I do to stop getting this error?

As per discussed over your service ticket, error seems to be related to the stand alone Excel program that you have installed. Try installing Office suite 365.
