I am trying to open gINT on my work computer. When I try to open it, I get the message of "unexpected error; quitting". I have tried to reinstall the program, make changes to the program in control panel, repair in control panel, and run the program as an administrator. None of these solutions have worked for me. Changing and repairing lead to the same error as when I try to open the file.
Hi Bryan,
Try and reset your setup.gsh file. Sometimes a corrupted setup.gsh file may cause errors upon launching the program. Browse to the directory where the setup.gsh file is located which is C>Users>Name directory>AppData>Local>Bentley>gINT. Rename it to old setup.gsh or change the file extension. Then try to restart gINT. It will ask you to reenter the company name and set the file default locations company name etc.
If this does not work then send me an email at aparna.matange@bentley.com to troubleshoot this further.
