two items in a list are not appearing (ListBuildSepTrim)

Question

I've tried everything I can think of, but the "Max to" item only shows up in one list, even though there's data for every sample. And the "plasticity" and "toughness" items are not appearing in the resulting list at all. Hi Terry, 
 The optimal way to setup building a material description from multiple fields is to setup a component description library table. put your code there and then reference that in the report.

It is something you would create under Data Design... Library Table... Or you may already have one called Description Soil Lithology that you could edit. I'll call you we should be able to set it up pretty quick

Component Model (data design)

 Component Descriptions allow you to combine the data in multiple fields into one description on output. There are many ways to do this and they are documented in this Help file. These methods allow you to build your own rules. With the gINT built-in model for component descriptions you lose a little flexibility but gain dramatically in the ease of setting up the model, implementing it, and maintaining it. 
 The model is composed of three parts:

Data Design►Library Tables

In Library Tables you need to set up a table. Call it whatever you wish and name the key field whatever you wish. For ease of maintenance, we recommend that you mark the Hidden Counter property at the lower right for the key field. This hides the key field and, on saving in Library Data, the program supplies numeric values for each row corresponding to the row order. In this way you can change the order of the components by just right clicking in the gray column left of a row and dragging it to the desired position.

Data Design►Library Data

Perform your input here. To make expressions easier to create, change the Data Template property (above the grid) to the appropriate file and use the Data Tool at the upper right to paste your field names into the appropriate grid cells.

Reports

The ComponentDesc function is used to print the completed descriptions .
