These users have older 32 bit office installed, such as Office 2010 Professional Plus 32 bit.
Does anyone have further insights?
(I use office 2016 32 bit and do not have any issues with this)
Hi Phil, I posted about this a few months ago. I also use Office 32bit and the /passive install worked fine for a day which was great. All our machines run Microsoft System Centre in the background which then detected 64bit office components. A number of Office 64 bit updates were automatically installed the next day which corrupted all of Office 2010! I have to run a local SQL Express database with gINT Pro Plus to get GCT to work.
