The export to excel issue related to an older version of excel (ie excel 2010) has been reported and is being reviewed by our development team.

RE: gINT 10.00.01.17

I, too, am frustrated with this problem. Can't export to excel. Have tried exporting to both .xls and .xlsx formats. Have excel 2010 installed and using Windows 7. We don't have office 365 and don't expect to transition to office 365 anytime soon. Need to be able to export to excel. For us, we don't even get an error, just a non-moving update box for the export process. So, I didn't know what was happening until I found this thread. I notice from the other comments in this thread that no Bentley representative has commented on whether they are doing something about this failure of being able to export with non-office 365 excel installs.

RE: gINT 10.00.01.17

Only options on the compatibility options are Vista and XP - not sure I want to try them. Due to get Win 10 soon so will wait until then and try again.

right click on your desktop gINT icon

go to 'Properties', then go to the 'Compatibility' tab
