Since installing 10.00.01.07 about a week ago, I have been having issues with gINT not launching properly. When I select the gINT icon, the gINT splash screen presents for several seconds, and then gINT shuts down. No other warnings or errors. Usually after several attempts to launch gINT, it will eventually open and function fine. Then the same process repeats the next time I try to launch gINT. I believe it may have something to do with me running my laptop as a 3rd monitor? On the occasions that gINT does launch, I will get a second gINT window on my laptop that flashes just before gINT opens on my main monitor. The only time gINT opens, is when that second gINT window flashes on my laptop. Is there anything within the gINT program that would not support 3 monitors?
This does not appear to be related to the current Windows Patch issue, as the databases are not being effected. Once gINT opens, it functions fine.

I'm having the same issue. Connect Client and gINT both latest versions as of this date. Monitors - definitely did not solve my problem (I can't see gINT in Task Manager/Processes either). Run as Admin - did not solve my problem.

Michael, if your gINT tries to open but does not open beyond the splash screen, then it is likely to be happening due to the latest Microsoft Office 365 updates. Follow this post for recommended solution.
