How can I adjust the axes on a site map so that the 3 pointIDs appear to the center of the map, not on the boundaries..Tried giving expressions in minimum and maximum but that doesn't help..Not sure how it works. Please have a look at the picture.

Nisha, you will want to populate three of the four Max/Min coordinate boxes on the Site Map Ouput page to "frame" your desired area. In you r case, I would suggest a North Max of about 1,174,000 and a North Min of 1,152,000 and an East Min of 742,000 as a starting point. Check the output using these values and see how it looks, and adjust until it is the way you like it. The reason for not populating all four fields is that the horizontal/vertical scale can be distorted as that will "force" the limits into your data frame. By only doing three, it will maintain a uniform vertical and horizontal scale with a best fit for the unpopulated value to fit the data frame.
