Ground Water Elevation Arrow not Appearing on Report

I am having trouble getting the ground water arrow to appear on my report.

I have currently entered a ground surface elevation at 1295 ft in the Input tab. When I enter a number such as 2 into the "Ground Water Elevation"  in the Input tab, it should subtract from the ground surface elevation  and output the ground water elevation on the report (Should be 1293 feet). Below is where I input the elevation number.

Here is the code that will give the ground water elevation on the report.

<<UnitsConvert(_
  <<ElevFromDepth(<<WATER LEVELS.WATER DEPTH >>)>>,_
  <<User System Data.Ft M Factor>>,_
  <<User System Data.Ft M Format>>_
)>>

Here is what the code spits out.

When I preview the report, the elevation number above will show up, but the ground water elevation arrow will not show up.

This is the code in the depth column currently:

Text Expression:

<<UnitsConvert(_
  <<User System Data.Lithology Bottom Depth>>,_
  <<User System Data.Ft M Factor>>,_
  <<User System Data.Ft M Format>>_
)>>

Depth Expression:

<<User System Data.Lithology Bottom Depth>>

Originally, I was able to have the elevation and ground water elevation arrow both shown under this code:

<<UnitsConvert(_

<<ElevFromDepth(<<User System Data.Water Depth - Single Value>>)>>,_

<<User System Data.Ft M Factor>>,_

<<User System Data.Ft M Format>>_

)>>

Is there a way to add the ground water elevation to my current situation? Or how should I go changing this?
