Hey,
I've started getting an error when trying to load the geology or monitoring tables (GEOL & MONG). I've not altered these tables in the Data Template and even in older projects these tables no longer load. I tried repairing and converting the projects but this didn't work either.
Has anyone else seen this before? Without remaking my my data template is there a way to fix this?!
Cheers!
Hi Ryan,
Other problems have been reported related to the same Microsoft updates. It also affects library files in Report Design: duplication of entities (when moving it) and inability to delete. Please report any issues that seems to be related to Security Update for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB4484127) here.
This will hit a lot of users from now on, are you going to inform users of gINT 10.1 via email?

My agency installed the Windows updates over the weekend and now we are unable to generate fence reports.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for reporting it. As described by Microsoft, any "Update" query might result in this error.
Phil,
We are not planning to contact every user that might be affected by this Microsoft update. This patch might not affect every one since the pace of updating Microsoft patches is different for each organization.
Regards,
Marie-Claude
Hey Marie-Claude,
I also had the error on Excel imports (direct and mapped), I didn't try any other import so unsure if the others are affected. I noticed the duplication of entities (although pretty sure I could delete them) in Report Design. I also found if a change had been made to a template the corrupt error also appeared in Output when previewing or attempting to export, if the template hadn't been changed the Output tab worked fine.
Cheers,
Ryan
