Hi,
We need to produce logs in Polish however extended Latin characters come up as question marks. Does anybody know how we can get around this?
The symbols are not currently under data markers so stopping short of making our own is there any other way of getting letters such as:
ł ż ę ś ć ą
Thanks,
Chris
Hi Chris,
The Windows language settings would dictate the characters available. While I am not aware of gINT being tested on Polish language, it has been on others. Changing languages does come with some risk, maybe if you have a virtual machine you could try it on. If changing the windows language settings to Polish does not resolve let me know and I will talk to our development team. As I understand those characters are created with, right alt + Letter once you are in polish language settings
Hi Kirk,
Just to touch base on Polish letters - I've played with changing Windows language settings but it does not help; still only English, French, German and Spanish are allowed which is consistent with range of special characters that can be used as it includes accented characters from these languages:
Therefore, could you speak to your development team and advise if they can design the following characters:

Hi all,
I understand that Bentley hasn't progressed much on that topic???
Jerome
You would need to change the Windows system locale to the required language, in this case Polish. Yes then everything will be in Polish.
