I did some searching in the Wiki and could not figure out how to do it.
I want to show a graph of groundwater elevations vs time for one or more instruments

RE: groundwater vs time and rain data

You need to use GDW export, not overlay, as the data has a different keyset, best done via a script, for example:

I have all this working in the Datgel Monitoring Tool gINT Add-In, after 2 years of trying I think buying something that works has some ROI.

RE: groundwater vs time and rain data

I could not get it to work. I was able to get a compaction curve overlay to work, but I was not able to get rain data (which is not based on POINT) to plot on the same graph using the overlay function with the piezometer data which is POINT based.

RE: groundwater vs time and rain data

How far did you get?
Screenshots?

RE: groundwater vs time and rain data

I'm asking this again since it is 2 years layer and it appears that there is now an Overlay Report function that would work.

RE: groundwater vs time and rain data

Thank you. I won't attempt then trying to use normal resources. I appreciate the direction.

RE: groundwater vs time and rain data

Hi Monique

It can be done, but it is some effort.

This is in the Datgel Monitoring Tool, https://www.datgel.com/datgel-monitoring-tool-piezometer

The bar chart is actually a second graph report, output over the top of first graph using gdw export. It can be more easily output using a script or the Datgel Output Tool.

regards
