Hi Nilton,
It looks like you are missing a .cel file in the workset you are using. We do ship one called Example_cells.cel with our example workset
See location you can copy that to your workset or just attach it to your file
To attach it in your file goto Drawings ribbon ..annotate menu. click on cells. and then file attach ..pick the example one mentioned above.
Then you can go back into the geotechnical ribbon and your database mapping and you should find some cells to choose from.
