Does anyone know how to move entities onto a page that are outside a page layout?
For example, I imported a DXF line drawing but because it was in State Plane coordinates, it's plotting very far off the page for example one entity is at X: 6134980.70478616 Y: 2233491.31144803..... this obviously isn't close to plotting on an 11x17 in gINT gdw.
Alternatively, can I convert the page units to a coordinate system? I only see inches or millimeters.

I guess there's no easy way because the dxf is in the wrong coordinate system, it would need to match the scale of inches to feet that is in the GDW.
So I'm just scaling down the imported dxf and moving it into layout.
Hi Matt, if you are using Site Map in output, you can control the viewport location by setting the minimum and maximum east and north axis coordinates. You only want to specify three of these values, otherwise the map will be distorted. You can also specify the map scale. This may take a little trial and error to get just the right view. You can export this to PDF as is, or also to a gINT DRAW file if you want to edit further in DRAW. If you export to DRAW, the entities in the map viewport will be scaled to the page coordinates.
