Hi, when I go to File ->AGS-> Edit AGS file in Excel -, the process does start but just before opening the excel, I get the following message
Any ideas what could cause this? It used to work fine!
Many thanks,
Anahita
Hi Anahita,
Do you already have excel open when running the edit AGS in Excel? If so close all instances of excel that are open prior to running the edit ags in excel from gINT.
If that doesn't fix then send us a debug log and we can look at more details on the machine.

Send me the debug log privately kirk.johnson@bentley.com
Anahita, Are you running gINT 10.2? I read there was a bug fix related to this in that version

Get the most out of gINT with Datgel Tools.
Hi,
I run 10.00.01.07 - I tested it on many other users who use this, and none of them worked.
Then I test old version V8i Ss2 08.30.04.285 and it worked perfectly.
Cheers,
Hi thank you, looks like definitely a bug in 10.00.01.07. Cheers,
Probably is was fixed in V10.01.00.09 - gINT and the AGS Toolkit can now work Edit AGS files in Excel when the files have spaces in their names. This will also correct an error message stating the "File is possibly moved, renamed, or deleted" when trying to edit AGS files in Excel via gINT/the AGS Toolkit.
