A block containing inclinometer readings is lacking

Dear All,

I am trying to create a Report Design for a borehole (vibrocore) with additional inclinometer readings.
Borehole data is specified in a standard way, i.e. Input --> Main Group --> Strata Main
I wanted to add an inclination graph next to the borehole data (depth, graphic log and material description), where the inclination is given in Table MON_INCLINOMETERS_READINGS in the field A_Combined_Readings. The problem is, that this value is not on the Blocks List, where only following tables are given: DG CPT, DG IS, DG MON and DG PHOTO. Whenever I try to add/edit Block, it is possible to choose in the upper part of the menu (as shown in the photo), but on the list of Blocks (both Int! and Dwglib!) it does not exist. How can I make this entry A_Combined_Readings in a function of depth a specified Block, which I could choose and insert in a Report Design?

Any advice is very, very welcome. Thank you for your help in advance.

Best regards

  • Hi Konrad

Your company holds a number of Datgel Add-Ins to gINT - DGD Tool, CPT Tool, Lab and In Situ Tool etc.  But you don't hold the Monitoring Tool, so you don't have calculations or reports for Inclinometer - https://www.datgel.com/Datgel-Monitoring-Tool-Inclinometer.  The piezo objects you see are provided with the DGD Tool.

If you need some help with this please rely to Raul's email.

  • Hello Phil,

    Thank you for your reply!

It's correct, the example with MON_Inclinometer_Readings was actually really unfortunate.

In general, I am trying to add two user-defined columns in one Table, so a better way to do it would be:
Input --> Drilling --> Drilling Parameters (I think that this is a part of DGD Tool, correct me if I'm wrong), and to add 2 columns there.
Then, I would like to add those two columns into the new Report Design, so the Table would be DRILLING_PARAMETERS, and the Field would be User_Defined_1 and User_Defined_2. Is it possible, that also DRILLING_PARAMETERS are not visible on the list for some other reason that licensing? If so, how could I access the "omitted" Tables and Fields?

Thank you in advance and best regards,
    Konrad
