I have created a graphic text doc to present a series of photographs for a POINT. The photographs are linked in a table called POINTPHOTO that has PointID,DateTime as the key set fields. I have a two-photos per page graphic text doc where the keyset is set to PointID,DateTime, and the bitmap symbol is set as: <<ProjectSymbol(<<POINTPHOTO.FileLink>>)>>
The problem is, when I go to output, even though I have 5 different photos in the POINTPHOTO table, only one photo prints repeatedly.
Thanks for your help.
Hi Monique,
It could be the table keysets unable to work as repetition Or other properties. I set up a test database with that keyset and it seemed to work as expected. The quickest way to troubleshoot is to review your gINT files. You can send the library and project file to kirk.johnson@bentley.com if you want to include a few of the photos or I can come up with a few general image files to test.
The function you are using looks to be correct syntax
Thank you Kirk. I was able to fix it by incrementing the date for each of the photos. All the photos had the same date before, which was probably confusing it.

Yes if that is the key field you would need a unique identifier for that record. If you had Allow duplicate key checked on the table properties I highly recommend removing that . The combination of the date and time would allow a unique record. Point ID Item Key is a common keyset used for photo tables with an additional Date field not part of the keyset that would allow the same exact date for Multiple records Where the combo of the point ID and Item key are the unique identifier.
