Good morning, I have to do formatting for my PC where my gINT professional license is installed. Is there any issue or restrictions that could prevent me to re-install gINT on the same PC after formatting using the same activation key i own.

There are no such restrictions as long as you have the correct gINT product and the license associated to it.
