Using build 10.02.00.04 it is constantly crashing while attempting to resize columns in a table eg AGS4 - DETL table.
This is totally repeatable. Doesn't matter whether it is deployed virtually (Citrix) or a local install.
It does this on other table columns as well.
As far as I see it, resizing a column should not be causing this kind of fatal crash. Has it / is it being addressed?

I tried to resize the columns on a gINT Std AGS 4.0 project and works fine here, I was unable to produce this issue. Is this happening with all projects or just one? What is the Windows 10 version?
If you have Microsoft office 365, you may want to try the repair of 2010 Access Database engine suggested here as Option# 1. Although the error message in this link is not similar to yours, it is probably worth a try.
After some further troubleshooting and testing (swapping projects / libraries / various combinations) it appears that there was an issue with that particular table in one version of the data template. Not sure exactly what, but it was recreated using the exact same headings and now does not crash the program while resizing the columns.
