Does anyone know how to change this text on the log? I just need to change what's in the parentheses.

All changes to the reports are done in report design. Reports are stored in the library. If you have editable rights on the library then you should be able to edit. I always recommend making a copy of the report to edit, in case this is a shared file and other users may need this report as is. To make a copy goto report design. Pick the report you want to make a copy of from the yellow drop down at the top. Then goto the file menu...copy page. Give the new report a name ..hit ok and then edit this copy.
If you have a column entity in report design double click on the big x in the middle of the column , it will open the column properties .. go to the column tab. in the column header label box you can edit.
If you do not have a column entity, then it is likely just a piece of text (text entity). In that case just double click on the text entity in the header and change the text expression.

Thank you. One more question, do you know how to change the depth increments? I did something to the report design and now it only shows every 5 feet, but I would like every foot (1-25)
