gINT Professional Plus Library compatibility

Question

Hi, 
 We have recently upgraded to gINT Professional Plust 10.02, however our library that was working fine with version 10.00 can't be opened with the new version. If I try to merge our library with one of the preinstalled libraries with gINT I get the following message: 
 Unable to open 'file'. 
 Cannot open database created with a previous version of your application.

Has anyone came across a similar issue?

Hi Mohamad, 
 2 possibilities

1. The Microsoft Access Database engine on the Machine needs to be repaired

2. The file is truely old IE built from Microsoft Access 97 and needs to be converted in an older version
