Unable to output when exporting to pdf

I get this message when trying to export to PDF. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Vaishnavi, 
 This is unlikely a pdf export issue but more of a general output (preview, print etc) I would repair the Microsoft Access database engine on the machine. 
 Here are instructions , even though the error is different, the repair steps are the same.

gINT Startup Issue: The operating system is not presently configured to run this application

If you have recently had gINT not open with an error about the operating system, this is most likely an issue with the Microsoft Access database engine.

Also Please verify you are running the latest version of gINT 10.02.00.04
