Edit Group Tab name

Question

I'm trying to setup a new layout. Can I edit the Group Tab names? (& how?) 
 
 No data has been entered yet that I need to worry about impacting.

Hi Brett, 
 You can add a new group (create a new group) for a table in Data Design. Either when you create the table (which can also be done in Input ..Tables) or for an existing table (data design only). 
 
 There is good information about this in gINT in the Help file. In gINT ..click on help ..search ...group name . These topics should be good information.

 Group Name (property) 
 There are some limitations, for example Surfaces and Site Map are additional modules and you cannot create or edit tables there. 
 
 Keep in mind if you create a new group for a table it can update this for all children of that table. 
 
 Since this is done in Data Design this tutorial will help. (using Data Design)

Lastly I would recommend leaving the Project and Point (borehole table) as is and group only the sub-tables as necessary ( see help Organizing Tables into groups (data design)) as a good explanation.
