Error creating a Site Map in Output

Question

I seem to have lost the ability to create a Site Map in Output, and now get the error message "Could not construct an SQL statement to extract data.(OutputAppGraph.OutMainFnB) (Outmain initializing)". 
 I tried a different database, and a different version of my library, after re-booting but still get the error.

I tried re-installing the MS Access Database Engine, and that appears to have been the problem causing this error. I didn't have the typical "can't open a database created with a prior version" error associated with that, however, just the site map output error
