hi I have the latest Gint logs software on 6 PCs and latest Bentley connection software. one of them works Ok then for no reason an error appears when i try to access Gint Fatal error The file already exists

hi I have the latest Gint logs software on 6 PCs and latest Bentley connection software. one of them works Ok then for no reason an error appears when i try to access Gint

The file already exists

the work around is to uninstall all bentley software from the pc and reinstall.

works fine again then a week later same error

ANy help would be appreciated.
