I wonder if anyone could help me please.
Our office has several employees who have gINT Professional installed on our computers. I have version 10.02.00.04, and one of my colleagues has version 10.03. I would like to share a data template file (.gdt file) with them but we are getting an error message - can you advise please?
The error massage reads: AxFileGint.GintFileValidFns Unable to open, Cannot open a database created with a previous version of your application.
Am i able to update my software version whilst keeping all of the templates that i have created?

You posted your question in the Licensing, Cloud and Web Services Forum, so you may not get any help on you r rather product-related question.
Please move your post to the OpenGround | gINT | Keynetix > gINT forum - to do that, click "More" above the post, select Move, delete the Licensing, Cloud and Web Services Forum and select the correct forum from the list.
I would try repairing the acess database engine on both machines. This should allow you to share and open templates files etc. Se the following post
