I'm trying to do a 3D fence with a background site map. Is there way to import aerial imagery in site map so that it shows up in the back ground?
Thanks!
Sai, You must save your site map as an AutoCAD Version 12 DXF file in order to be able to import it into your project file.
For line work, I understand. I was referring to aerial imagery.
ECW is best for gINT site map imagery, but I'm unsure if that will show in the 3d view. I've always thought the gINT fence 3d (isometric view) was not much use. Better to use gINT Civil Tools (https://docs.datgel.com/dgd-tool/latest/professional/user-guide/gint-civil-tools-tutorial).
