When they try and start gINT Professional Plus, I have two systems that receive the following error. "Gintinit.LibraryOpenFnB Could not lock file." gINT version is 10.02.00.04. Thank you for any assistance.

I had more Windows Updates install last week and the same happened again. This is the third time ive had to do this repair and reinstall in the last 6 months. Its getting VERY frustrating
