Deleted Depth Column in Report Design Tab

 some how I managed to delete the Depth column from the Report Design Tab. Does anyone know how to reinstate it?

Lynsey, it is difficult to make suggestions without looking at your files or how your original template was before the depth column deletion. I see you have a service ticket that you have for this as well, to which I have replied with some suggestions.
