Use of Component Description

Hi, 
 From the Use of Component Description The order of components can also be change without editing the data." Can someone shed some light on how to accomplish this? I appreciate any helpful guidance.

you can a insert rows in the library table and reference the free form fields

Go to DATA DESIGN | Library Data, select the component description table (I don't know the name in your library). Then reorder the rows in the table.
