I am trying to export an AGS file from a gINT project which contains lab testing data. The gINT project template is gint std ags 4_0_4.gdt and I am using the ags 4_0_4 correspondence file. However, when I export, only the HORN and LOCA tables export, and I get the following errors:
"ERROR: Line 1 - group 'HORN' is not an AGS group. (Rule 5). ERROR: Line 2 - Group 'HORN' does not have 'HOLE_ID' as the first field (Rule 6a) ERROR: Line 6 - group 'LOCA' is not an AGS group. (Rule 5). ERROR: Line 7 - Group 'LOCA' does not have 'HOLE_ID' as the first field (Rule 6a)"
Any suggestions on how to export the lab results to AGS?
Thank you
What is in TRAN_AGS ?

I'm sorry, I don't see TRAN_AGS anywhere... can you please elaborate?
TRAN is an AGS4.x group and TRAN_AGS is a heading in that group. My first thought is this heading is empty or states 3, and if so the gINT checker thinks the AGS file is AGS 3. The value should be 4.0.4, or if you need too avoid false errors in HoleBASE, set it to 4.0
I see. The heading is empty and the gINT checker recognizes the AGS file as version 3. Is there a way to make sure gINT exports as 4.04? I would have assumed that using the 4.0.4 correspondence file would export it in the correct version?
Hi Christian,
As Phil said, the only way is to put a 4 in this field (TRAN_AGS) regardless of the correspondence file. You need to find your TRAN table (Main group)
