I have managed to get the toolbar to show up in ArcMap (10.7) but the buttons do not work or contain errors. "Import gINT project" doesn't do anything. "Import gINT enterprise data says it's unable to import GIS data because it's missing or corrupt. My version of gINT is V8i professional plus.
The version of gINT you have is too old for the version of ArcGIS you have mentioned. You will probably need the latest version of gINT. We have only tested on ArcGIS version 10.1. Other versions like 10.4 10.8 etc of ArcGIS have not been tested but we have users that are able to work with them.
