gINT v10.02.00.04 display issues

When I first start gINT 10, the screen opens on my primary monitor larger than the monitor:

The top menu doesn't display fully.  The only way I can change this is to grab the side of the gINT window and drag it smaller, and then the top of the gINT window displays, so I can grab that and drag the window to be small enough that I can see the whole screen.

How / What needs to be adjusted so I don't have to re-size the gINT screen each time?

Also, another user, when going to the Output tab, just sees a blank screen, none of the selection options are displayed.  What needs to be changed to see the Output screen correctly?

Are there optimal display settings that are needed for gINT?  Are these display issues fixed in later releases?

  • This could be because of the conflict in the screen resolution or your display settings especially with newer monitors with higher screen resolutions. We suggest to use gINT on the main monitor, if you move the program between your monitors. Check which is your main monitor, put gINT on your main monitor, close gINT and reopen.

I have found this issue most often occurs when you are working from a laptop with multiple screens. If your laptop is set as your main screen, you will have this issue. Go to screen resolution and change…
