Can anyone please help with how to delete DXF's from gINT Sitemap? I imported a huge DXF which is now massively slowing down my workflow so need to remove it.

You can uncheck "Site Map Support" in the "Additional Modules" menu item, it will clear all site map entities. You will need to re-check it and reload anything you do want.
