Not exactly clear on your question but the "gint std us" data structure and library (downloadable from the gINT site) has several pre made report formats that present the desired information. You can look at how those reports are designed for an example. Two are shown below.
Log report GEOTECH BH COLUMNS shows the requested information as text entries in columns as shown below
Log report GEOTECH BH PLOTS shows the requested information in a graphical format as shown below.
There are many other ways to represent soil lab test data so it all depends on what suits you best.
